Karen Ufer, RTT has been studying and practicing the ancient healing arts from Thailand since 2005. She practices the traditional style of Nuad Boran as well as the therapeutic approach of Osteo-Thai.
Nuad Boran combines acupressure, reflexology, compression and stretching of the body. A holistic session of Nuad Boran balances the flow of vital energies through the major energy channels - called sen lines. Tensions, restrictions and blockages are released. Treatments are performed on a mat on the floor wearing comfortable clothes.
